LEXINGTON, Mass. - March 21 - Anaces, Inc. is proud to announce the establishment of the Anaces, Inc. Technology Scholarship Fund for graduating Lexington High School seniors. Anaces, Inc. has made a five-year commitment to provide this scholarship, as a show of appreciation to the Lexington school community for its role in the development of the Anaces educational information management infrastructure.

The first scholarship will be awarded to a member or members of the class of 2006. The selection of recipients as well as the dispersal of funds will be overseen by the Lexington High School Student Faculty Senate. Anaces has pledged a 2005-2006 contribution equal to five percent of its net profits for the academic year, with each following year's contribution declining by one percent a year.

Anaces, Inc. is a privately held corporation founded by David A. Colarusso, a high school teacher, and Joshua J. Estelle, a computer scientist. Anaces aims to provide elegant easy-to-use information management solutions to educators, freeing their time to better serve our children.
